IT services firm Coforge has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% stake in Encora from Advent International, Warburg Pincus and other shareholders for ₹17,032.6 crore. The deal values Encora at an enterprise value of USD 2.35 billion.
IndiGo
IndiGo’s domestic market share declined to 63.6% in November, as per official data. The airline had faced operational challenges earlier in the month, which impacted its overall performance.
Ola Electric
Ola Electric has expanded deliveries of its 4680 Bharat Cell-powered S1 Pro Plus (5.2 kWh) scooter across southern states, including Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana and Karnataka, strengthening its regional presence.
Adani Enterprises
Adani Group is planning investments of nearly ₹1.8 lakh crore next year in defence manufacturing. The proposed investment will focus on unmanned systems, autonomous platforms and advanced guided weapon technologies.
SolarWorld Energy Solutions
SolarWorld Energy Solutions has secured an EPC contract worth approximately ₹725.33 crore from NTPC Renewable Energy for developing a 250 MWac grid-connected solar power project.
Punjab National Bank (PNB)
PNB has reported a borrowing fraud of ₹2,434 crore to the Reserve Bank of India. The case relates to the former promoters of SREI Equipment Finance and SREI Infrastructure Finance.

Vedanta has emerged as the successful bidder for the Depo Graphite–Vanadium block under the government’s critical mineral auction process.
Timex Group India
