Mumbai, January 12, 2026: Krystal Integrated Services Limited (BSE: 544149 and NSE: KRYSTAL), a leading facilities management and manpower services company has received three work orders worth Rs.275 crore from Vasai Virar City Municipal Corporation for solid waste management. The Project is for Door-to-Door collection, segregations & transportation of Municipal Solid Waste including cleaning of streets and transporting it to designated locations, in compliance with Solid Waste Management Rules 2016 for Prabhag C, Prabhag F and Prabhag G.
Work order for Prabhag C with Work Order No. V.V.S.M.GN/1985/2026 is estimated at Rs. 83 crore, Work order for Prabhag F with Work Order No. V.V.S.M.GN/1986/2026 is estimated at Rs. 111 crore and Work order for Prabhag G with Work Order No. V.V.S.M.GN/1987/2026 is estimated at Rs. 81 crore respectively. The company has received Work Order for all the contracts dated January 09, 2026 on January 12, 2026. The contract is for the period of 5 years.
The recent order win is in addition to Rs. 168 crore order facility management contract in September 2025 from Director of Medical Education, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh and Rs. 370 crore contract from the Commissionerate of Social Welfare, Pune, to provide mechanised housekeeping and outsourced manpower services.
On 16 September 2025 company has received a facility management contract from Director of Medical Education (DME), Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. for providing Sanitation (House Keeping) Services for Hospitals /Institutions under the control of DME under Package-I. The contract is valid for a period of 3 years and approximate contract value is Rs. 168 Crore excluding all duties and taxes. Under the contract, Zone-1 will include districts including Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Parvathipuram Manyam, Alluri Sitaramaraju, Visakhapatnam, Anakapalli, Kakinada, Konaseema, East Godavari.
Company in addition has also won a Rs. 370 crore contract over five years from the Commissionerate of Social Welfare, Pune, to provide mechanised housekeeping and outsourced manpower services. The project covers Maharashtra’s welfare institutions—hostels, residential schools, old age homes, training institutes and administrative buildings—serving students, senior citizens, and vulnerable communities.

Company has recently incorporated subsidiaries - Krystal Ports and Harbour Private Ltd to carry on the business of construction, operation, and maintenance of inland waterways, harbours, ports, jetties, docks, canals etc. Additionally, Krystal Water Resources Private Ltd was incorporated to carry on the business of planning, designing, developing, constructing, operating, and maintaining water resource projects including water supply systems, irrigation systems, water treatment plants, desalination plants, wastewater and sewage treatment plants etc.
During July 2025, company has secured three major contracts totalling Rs. 84 crore. It included Rs. 20.26 crore contract (3 year) from the Airport Authority of India to manage new terminal of Patna Airport, Rs. 31.55 crore contract (3 year) from Maha Mumbai Metro Operation Corporation Ltd and Rs. 32.38 crore contract (3 year) from Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation.
On financial front, Krystal Integrated Services Ltd has shown stellar performance in FY25 that ended on March 31, 2025. For FY25, the company’s net profit rose 28% to Rs 63 crore as against Rs 49 crore net profit in reported in FY24. Sales rose 18.67% to Rs 1213 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 1022 crore during FY24. For Q1 FY26, company reported net profit of Rs. 16.43 crore and Revenue from operations of Rs. 323 crore with Y-o-Y rise of 25.6%. FII holding as on June 2025 is 1.86%m DII holding at 4.20% and promoter holding at 69.96%.
